    Hello,

    I need help retrieving an expired message which has unregistered game codes on it. I did not realize that the message would expire. This is in regards to two free games that I got when I purchased Rainbow six siege, via download on my Xbox one, on 12/5/2015.
    The two free game codes are for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas & Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

    Lost message with Fallout 3 redeem code

    Hi everyone,

    Can you help me with this issue? I just tried now to redeem my Fallout 3 redeem code from purchase of Fallout 4, I received it on a XBOX message, but the message expired.

    Can you help me retrieving this code for me?

    • Date of purchase: Monday, November 09, 2015
    • Issue:
    • “The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”
    Any assistance in retrieving this previously issued code would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Falout 3 message with code disappeared

    Hi there!

    It sounds like the message you received has expired as all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

    However, a member of the Xbox Support team will be along soon and may be able to retrieve the code for you.

    In the future, remember to take a note of any codes sent to you via XBL message to ensure you don't lose them!

    Unfortunately, once a message has been deleted from your account, it cannot be retrieved. Usually a code cannot be resent either.

    Also remember that Xbox Live messages expire after 30 days, so remember to use any codes you receive before that time!
