Need help resolving xbox one problem

Hello Everyone

i keep getting 5 to 10 seconds black outs during gameplay like im playing a game and then the screen goes black and 5-10 seconds later it comes back to the gameplay. im unlucky since it allways happens on the wrong moments..

i allready updated my TV this week but it diddnt resolve the problem.

does anyone else know how to fix this?

Banned from forza for six months why now?

one thing I can tell you is nobody here can help with resolving your problem. if T-10 banned you then you'll need to take it up with them, or Xbox live if it was handed down by live.

 

My Xbox won't connect to internet

I'm in need of help my Xbox one was working perfectly until about a week ago. Now it works but won't connect to the internet. It says DNS isn't resolving Xbox server names. I've done all the trouble shooting it tells me but nothing works.. Anyone else have
this problem..

 

Your XBox should not do this.

double check your connections...HDMI cable might not be plugged in properly or its faulty...try a different HDMI cable.

 

yeah the problem with xbox support is xbox one issnt releassed in my country yet and i got a import since i diddnt wanna wait till oktober.

i unplugged my whole xbox and re-did all the cables but still same problem. its wierd.. it happens during games and not during netflix

 

Try doing a hard reboot. Hold the power down on your console until it shuts. Give it a minute and then boot it back up.

 

i tried that it clears my ram data and my standart getaway ip adress but it doesnt solve the problem

 

that sounds like a loss of feed from your connections... especially if you say you do not loose progress or anything... are you using the supplied HDMI cable from XB or another one? also check the connections.. the stability of the cables on the XB, especially
the HDMI is very bad...

 

im using the suplied hdmi cable that i got with the xbox i might have to try another hdmi cable sometime

Apparently in North Korea such blackouts are commonplace.

Could this perhaps be a 60hz/50hz issue rearing its head? Can you force an output type on the Xbox One instead of leaving it in Auto mode?

 

im from the netherlands i imported my xbox one from germany,

i got a fully updated philips 48inch 40PFL6405H television

on the 360 i never had problems i imported mine since the xbox one wont be releassed till end of august in my country
