Need help resolving incident on Son's gamer profile

This is my second post trying to get some help. I tried posting on 8/1, but never saw it posted or got an email/PM on the topic.

Trying to resolve something that happened between my son and one of his friends.

My son says that he accidentally "blocked" messages from one of his friends, which also seemed to drop him from the Xbox 360 friends list.

The friend (and his parents) says he received a "complaint" from my son and his gamer rep dropped.

I would like to see if someone could help me get to the bottom of what actually was sent/happened.

Can't change xbox live profile back to non-live.

I accidentally changed my son's profile into an xbox live profile. I need to undo this and cannot figure out how. He has a lot of saved game material and won't want to start over, and I don't want him to be online every time he plays. Need help!!!

Move a game from an user to another

Please help! I have a profile on xbox 360 and xbox live; I have my son's profile connected to mine. I bought a game (Castle Crasher) because I wanted to give him as a gift for his birthday. I bought it online on my xbox profile. Unfortunately it didn't give
me the chance to choose the profile where to install it and it installed it on my profile and not on my son's profile.

Is there any chance to move this game from my profile to his profile?

Accidentally blocking can happen to anyone and though annoying it is not a problem. Nor does it cause a "complaint" to be filed. Even if your son had filed a complaint via the report player button there would be no way for anyone to know this as reporting
of players is anonymous. As for the rating down this would not have happened as it was a blocking of player rather than feedback.

Exactly. If your son's friend says that his rep was reduced due to a complaint from your son then the only reason he would have known this is if your son told him that he was doing this.

As for the friend being removed from the list he can easily be re-added by typing in the gamertag and either adding him (if possible) or by removing the block by sending him a quick message.

Your son's friend has nothing to worry about with rep on the 360 though. It has no bearing on game play.

We don't want you accusing somebody publicly, either. The "Communicating With Other Players" forum has a sticky post on how to handle harassment: report from your console (as already stated), and block communications. There is no personal taking of
reports on the forums, as the Support personnel on the forums are not the Policy Enforcement Team.

The only way to report someone is via your console,you can't report someone on the forums.

all you can do is report that gamer via your console and then block any and all communication with him/her sorry.
