Need help renewing code

When I bought a new Xbox One S, it came with battlefield 1 and a code for 30 days of ea access. The thing you scratch/peel had a corner slightly off, so I thought it was a peel, when it was actually a scratch. When I tried to peel it off, some paper layers
came off with it and made the code illegible. If the support team needs proof, I have a picture at the ready.

Need help renewing membership

The credit card for my auto-renew expired, so i put in a new one. Only it is not allowing me to use it to renew my membership, only to buy points. When i go to account management under the tab "your memberships" it says "Can't list your memberships. Please
try again later." then when i tried to switch my gamer tag to a new windows live id it gave me a new gamer tag.

I've tried for days to stop my automatic renewal of Xbox live. The xbox is mine, the credit card is mine. The problem is that to deactivate the automatic renewal, I need a code. This code is not being sent to my main address but another that I can't access.

I would suggest contacting Xbox support by phone and they will be able to turn off auto renewal.
