Need help recovering old Xbox live account and email is bugged

Hi, I need help recovering my old Xbox account as I want to play the Xbox 360 Edition of Minecraft, and I cannot access my old account, HoodedJeans0453, the account which the game was purchased on May 27, 2012. Since then, an update in 2014 to some kind
of privacy or security policy which forced me to sign in with my now old email and password. Me being a kid at the time didn't have access to the password my Dad set, and my Dad couldn't find my password, or the one to his account, ViniestFilly9. I left the
account alone until Christmas of that year, where I got my current account, . I could still play Minecraft on the Xbox because I still had the profile saved on local storage. In early 2016, when I upgraded to an Xbox One, I gave my old 360 to
my sister, who promptly deleted my old profile, as in her mind, it was "Taking up too much space". However, the game remained the full version despite my profile being lost to wherever it is now. Today, I made an attempt to regain access to my account as
I now have an Xbox 360 elite 120GB to myself. However, when entering my old email, It gives me an error that there isn't an account associated with the email. I would really lie some help recovering my account as it has a lot f memories and games that will
eventually be lost if I cannot get a hold of the details. I'm going to also post my question to reddit under my name there, UAvi8tor. If you find me there and can help me feel free to PM me and I will provide Details about the account to verify my identity

Otherwise it may be difficult recovering it, especially since your dad is technically the one with the security info.

Sorry to hear you're having problems recovering an account. In order to recover an account, you need to know the old email address. Your first step should be making sure you can access that old email address, then follow the support

page.

I'm not sure if theres a way to recover an account if you can not validate through the old one. This would be a security issue.
