Need Help Recovering Hacked account

Hello,

My name is , the account has been hacked. Yes I have read your long list of help and FAQ forms and they are useless. The account email has been changed, as has the password. Earlier today I was able to get a code sent to my old phone number, but it seems I don't have access to that anymore either. The previous account name was SirSurr, I can give the older phone number and email used as well if need be. When logged in with the code from my phone the email was completely different, so I am sure the account has been hacked.

I would recommend you contact Microsoft customer support on this issue they would be able to provide better assistance with this situation

I do not believe so no, I assumed having my phone number added as security would've been enough

so, there is an automated system for Microsoft customer support that a lot of people will call by mistake that is why I sent you that link because it directs you to a person at Microsoft but there hours are 9 to 5 so if you call after hours, it will re direct you to the automated system. if you're from the US like me you will want to look up the number in that list for north America for whatever time zone you're in

I've called them and I go through what it asks, eventually getting to the problem, then the bot says "All of our password management has been moved online, please visit (x) website for further help. Goodbye." which is why I'm so frustrated with their poor customer service hotline, I've tried saying it was an Xbox problem, a home user problem, and even got to ask for a representative but all of the options ended with them saying support is online. Now I think my phone number is pre-determined to use the message that says its online because I don't even get options anymore, they pick up, say thanks for calling microsoft, all password stuff is online, goodbye. Any tips?
