hi i have four years in XBOX LIVE and more than five times i hacked my account and i put the word BUNGIE HALO REACH and took away all my achievements and already had reported with you i need you to give me a solution thanks

Merging gamertags from two xboxes?

If I understand this right you hacked your Gamerscore & were given a Gamerscore reset.

If that's the case then you cannot re earn those achievements on that account again,you would need to start another profile.

Well you don't need to change the privacy settings, but if the achievements shown on xbox.com are correct then recovering your account on your xbox should fix everything. If they don't show up on xbox.com, you probably still need to recover your account
but you'll need to get the achievements again.

Try recovering your profile. That usually fixes achievement inconsistancies. But, you might need to redo some of the achievements.

Hey I found this hope it helps it worked for me I recoved my profile and re earned the achievements

Note: The DLC achievements are now back on xbox.com servers, you can now unlock the DLC achievements as normal. Also, you may have to recover your profile to re-earn achievements that have been unlocked from that time, but not counted on the servers.
