    FYI, I'm still having this problem even after Microsoft fixed every thing with Xbox Live a few days ago. I've tested my network connection, and the Xbox One says that it is good. Ive tested the multiplayer connection and the Xbox One says that it is good.
    And ive done the detailed network statistics and the Xbox One says that every thing is fine and nothing is wrong and it says that all services are available. I've tried rebooting my Xbox One and it still will not connect. BTW, I have a wireless network, and
    it is fine because my computer is running fine and the Xbox says that it is on and that it is connected to it. Im running out of options. Please help. I want to play Battlefield 4 multiplayer with my friends.

    Hi wolvie217,

    Are you able to tell us the strength, upload/download speed for your router? Also is your NAT Open, Moderate, or Strict? And if all possible, it would help us what type of wireless router you have so we may assist you further on troubleshooting your network.

    Have you tried using these steps by any chance? It may help you!

    , and it didnt work. Here is the info that my xbox one is telling me on the detailed network statistics: Download speed :5.34 Mbps, Upload speed: 1.20 Mbps, Download packet loss: 1%, Upload packet loss: 3%, MTU: 1480,
    Latency: 145 ms, Wireless strength: 99%. My NAT type is Open. And I have a Netgear wireless router connected to a modem both of them are run by Time Warner Cable, which btw, there is no internet outage in my area. Do you need any more info?

    The issue I am seeing is Latency of 145ms. Which is a very high, and not well suited for multiplayer. Needs to significantly be reduced down to at least a solid high of 30ms which is Milliseconds of a second in order to play good.

    I've also notice you have Download of 5.34Mbps and upload of 1.20Mbps. That is a bit slow in terms of speed. Your wireless seems to be holding out pretty well to the router, this could be your ISP is not getting you a amount of internet service, or
    the fact you could have some electronic interference.

    I'm guessing you have already went on your browser and opened your ports? Because that may solve the issue with latency. Here's how:

    If this did not resolve the issue, you may need to either contact or upgrade your internet service. From what I've seen so far on the statistics you are not getting any real good coverage which is why you are experiencing lag. You'll need have at least
    around 5 or more mbps upload/download and 30ms maximum in order to play sufficiently.
