Need help ready to install list gone

I switched my xbox one on this morning and discovered that out of a 153 games in my ready to install list have dissapeared all but 6. These are 6 small indi games like roblox ect. I tried the usuall restart then clear cach restart
but to no avail. I tried the new chat help after 45 mininutes of waiting i gave up. Tried the forums but every time i tried to look at a page with the same described problem i would get the uh oh somthing went wrong page. If i was paranoid i would think this
is a plan to stop people from seeing how microsoft screws up. Anyway does anybody know how i fix this i dont really want to go to xbox store and start downloading them all some are quite big like master chief collection ect. I am also not sure if i can get
the game back of the store without actually installing it. A friend told me it may be because i am on the preview program. If this is the case will removing myself from that program fix the problem if so how do i go about doing that. I'm actually sorry i joined
over two years ive had nothing but problems. So any help apreciated specialy that that gets my game list back up.

Are you on the Insider program? Seems to be an issue with quite a few people and not just yourself.

 

"Ready to install" list is gone

my ready to install list is gone from 55ish titles down to just 1, the 360 game The Maw. I tried a hard reset, deleting a reinstalling my profile, making the system the "home" system for my profile, and straight up sitting here hoping for it it load.

I still own my games via license...I can look up the games I own and download them from the store. Would be nice to be able to see the whole lost, though. What's going on?

Are you talking about ready to install? Or the already installed ones. If you are not seeing ready to install game try deleting your profile and reinstalling it. That should wiggle stuff loose.

You said you are in preview. Are you by chance in the Skip ahead portion?

The program is there to help find bugs and report them. It lets you know of the chances of bugs and issues like that when you join.

Sorry to hear it. If the steps provided do not help then try a factory reset of the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them. Also please be sure to report this issue by holding the Guide button
on the controller till you see the report a bug option. In the meantime you can check the Xbox Insiders reddit pages for more help too Xbox Insiders

 

Ready to Install are usually only visible when the account that has them available is logged in or it is set to HOME.

Make sure the account that has purchased the digital content is signed in and also that it is still HOME.

A full power recycle would also be advisable once you have checked this.

 

As Zero has said, it's likely to be the new Update, if not, you can contact
support if you necessary.
