Troubleshooting mass effect Andromeda quit your game restart it or restart your console or power cycle your console for 10 seconds and power for 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in or uninstall it . this troubleshooting step
is for dsc only uninstall the game offline then but it back on line . once it online update it then sync it to the clound to get your game saves back.

This may work for minor glitches (I haven't experienced many minor glitches) but it hasn't worked for the lost and/or corrupted saves issue. That issue is plaguing multiple platforms, in addition to Xbox One. A few PC users on Mass Effect's site
have pointed out large memory leaks in relation to it. That points to problems in the game itself, rather than the platform it's running on.

I've been (more and more angrily as time passes) dealing with the lost/corrupted saves issue since the recent (1.05 I believe) title update. Restarting / power cycling were the first things I did, since they're pretty much the default first step solution
for many issues. Didn't work. At first, it was only "losing" auto-saves. Manual saves and "Mission Saves" were still loadable from the load game menu. Actually,
after I uninstalled the game, deleted all game data/saves (from the console, not the online saves) and reinstalled, then synced the game data... the problem got worse. Now even some manual saves will just get lost/corrupted.

Some people have stated that they noticed the problem happening when saving while in the Nomad. That's actually what happened to me, saved (manually) while in Nomad. Jumped out, got into a fight, died and the game sat there loading the last save (which was
the manual save in Nomad) indefinitely. Trying to load the game save from the load screen (rather than trying to Resume) didn't work, even for that manual save. Trying to load an earlier auto save hasn't worked either. The only way I've found to get the game
going again is to delete any auto saves that are more recent than your last manual save, then trying to load the most recent manual save. I've also just started jumping out of the Nomad to do a manual save and I'm saving manually a
lot more often in the hopes that at least one of them will load back up after I die.

Getting killed seems to be the biggest contributing factor since it's very likely that there will be a few auto saves between your death and the last manual save. Of course, getting killed doesn't cause the problem, it just triggers the events that cause
it.

This problem definitely needs to be addressed from EA/BW as the likelihood that it's on the users' end just doesn't seem to be supported from what I'm seeing in just the few basic searches I've done while looking into it.
