Need help! Purchase suspension blocks prepaid card WHAT???

I am having a serious issue here. SERIOUS!!! And I need a REAL, PROFESSIONAL, PAID MICROSOFT REPRESENTATIVE to FIX THIS!! You know why? Because the rest of you aren't qualified or insured or allowed to access my account to help out. Sorry.

ANYHOW.

So the credit card associated with my account was about to expire, and as it was a Greendot Card, we just kind of let it go and figured we would pick up the subscription with a few prepaids for a little while, no biggie. And I waited and waited until the
LIVE ran out on both accounts associated with the card, which it did....

Except NOW, every time I try to redeem the stupid thing on either account, it says "Your account has been suspended from making purchases" and it will not allow me to remove or update the payment option without first adding another credit card or paypal
(which I do not have) and I am unable to proceed. I'm fed up with it and if you don't get this fixed soon I will NOT ONLY demand a refund for my 3 month prepaid card, but I will ALSO file a small claims suit for the denial of services based upon the lack of
access to a credit card. I BOUGHT A 3 MONTH PREPAID CARD YOU DO NOT NEED A CREDIT CARD!!!!!!

Furthermore, I noticed in my billing history that I am overdue by $21.48, which I have no idea how or why it's even there. I was under the impression that overdrafts were impossible on Greendot cards, since they are also prepaid reloadable cards and not
actual credit lines. I can only assume that the charges for this month's LIVE were declined based on lack of funds in anticipation of the expiration, and that the renewal went through the system regardless of that fact, but you know what? That's not my fault.
You, Microsoft, decided to go ahead and let me use LIVE even though I wasn't paid up. I shouldn't be punished or charged for your mistakes. Which is another thing I'm sure my lawyer will be most happy to agree with.

I am not an insensible person. There were two accounts and I only really need to renew one right now. If the two separate one month subscriptions need to be rectified before proceeding, then let me use two of the three months off the prepaid and change it
to one month. Remove the old card, it doesn't work anyway. Don't ask me for another credit card or a paypal, I don't even have a checking or savings account at a bank. NO, I can't go get one either. JUST FIX THIS "SPIT".

If you, Sir or Madame Microsoft Employee, are unsure how to do this, then take it to the flicking top. Go ask your boss to ask their supervisor to ask their manager to ask their supervisor to get this settled, or I'm taking it to court by the end of the
month. I've already spoken with four lawyers who are all more than willing to sue the most lucrative business in the world, because the case is SOLID. And to prevent that from happening, all I want is my stupid LIVE to work again and stop asking me for a credit
card I don't have and let me use my stupid prepaid that I already bought, ok? That's all I want. ALL. I. WANT. I don't want bribes, newsletters, forced niceties, alternate reimbursements, publicity, stock shares, or even the common courtesy of a reach around.
I just want to be able to use what I've already paid for and enjoy my corporate-issued console, alright? Is that too much to ask? I think not.

Microsoft, get back to me. You know my email. All you other guys? Bump it if you like or if you have the same problem, but really, most Ambassadors won't be able to help. I've already spent literally hours trying to figure this out myself and for all it's
worth, this is the only thing left.
