    Xbox turning off randomly

    hi, my Xbox keeps shutting off randomly for some reason. Sometimes it comes on ok then after a while just cuts off, then other times it won't come on at all. When it happens there's no lights on at all its like complete power cut

    Why does my Power Brick stay on?

    I have a question. everytime i turn off my xbox one my power brick still stays power'ed on, now does it shut off by itself after 5 mins of inactivity like the wireless controller or? i always end up unplugging the power brick after i turn of my xbox but i feel like that bad for it....can anyone can help me?

    FORZA 5 -Game crashed, lost all my cars and stats

    dont know if my crashed but i just got an xbox one and didn't get a game till 3 days later i played 2 demos fine but when i got Forza 5 if i go to pause it go do something come back few mins later hit resume whole system cuts off then then yest my brother
    just got done fixing his car bout to select a race and whole system cut off. now thats the only time the system has cut off like that when i was playing that game

    ALL apps and games failed for a whole day!! SUCKS!!

    - . - ! Solved. Just cut the power out for a few mins to drain all the power.....

    and restart!

    Turn off the modem/router for 5 mins.

    Its been fixed (for many users) just need to update your equipments information. aka power cycle!

    From what ive seen its fixed just need to update our home devices.

    Power off your router/modem for 5 mins.

    That should resolve it.
