Hi I bought advanced warfare a season pass and redeemed it on my account and then that's when I got the message saying you've been banned please give me a new code or tell me something the account that has the season pass and that has been banned is Brendanp14

Disappearing achievements

i have lost achievements i took so much time getting these achievements include

"Rapid discord

Rocket man

The floor is lava

There own worst enemy

Storm earth and fire

Simple geometry

Smooth as silk

some easy some very hard i seek support from Microsoft and blizzard cuz i have even lost 50 loot boxes and 50.000+ currency only blizzard developer's can help with that i need Microsoft to help with the achievements plz help it took so long.

You would of been sent an email to the address linked to your account explaining why you were banned or you can post in the ban/suspension forum here

When you are banned you forfeit any content bought with that account so you will not get a refund or another code,you agreed to this when you agreed to the ToC & CoC when you started your account.

mine is freezs up ALOT like all the time. lost 2 of my lvl50 char had to start them agen cus it did it on a auto save. got it to lvl 50 AGEN then it did it AGEN. was gona see how far i can skim the game down the road! plz help.

the subscription may take a while to appear, I recommend that you log in to your microsoft account and check the status of xbox live

perform a power cycle holding the power button till the console turn off unplug the power cord wait a moment plug it back turn on the console check the connection status and try using a ethernet cable.

if xbox live still doesnt work and your friend has wait more than 24 hours i suggest to contact xbox support since your friend bought the subscription in the xbox store.
