    Need help please!


    On dark souls 2, I transferred my save game to the cloud servers so that I could play it at a friend's house. The save game worked fine at my friends house but it won't work on my own Xbox now. It says it's still in my cloud storage and it's in sync, but
    when I start the game and select cloud storage there is no option to continue. Can someone help me? Xbox support said it must be corrupt but it doesn't say it's corrupt. I really don't want to have to start a new game after all that time.

    Need help please!

    When the Cloud syncs, that usually means the save data was transferred to the Harddrive.

    That means that the save is moved there.

    Even if I try to to load from the hard drive it still doesn't work

    Try loading the game to the cloud from your friend's HDD, then from the cloud to your HDD.

    Check billing.microsoft.com and see if it shows you what the error is. If you still have problems, you'll need to call support and talk to billing.

    i had the same problem, phone the support help line, they will ask you allsorts of questions to track back throw your account, if you have your credit card details with x-box make sure you have them when you phone them, you need to speak to the billing
    department, they can sort it, try to remmember as much passwords as you can first
