Need help please ! (Xbox app)

My problem is that every time I go on the xbox application they tell me the "how your account is set up prevents you from accessing this feature." You can change this by changing your privacy settings on Xbox.com "But I do not know what to change.

Please help me

Hey there Azko64,

We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. This particular issue sounds like a connection issue, this can be remedied by powering down your device, unplug the router for five full minutes, and attempt to reconnect. Logging out of the app is helpful
as well. Depending if you're using the mobile app or the PC app, we have a few other steps. Let us know if the steps we suggested are helpful and if not, let us know which platform you're attempting to access these features. Thank you.

You guys might be able to help me understand this. What's the point of this service? If you have comcast already then you have access to this exact same stuff on your TV anyways right?

I just got that one, too. I'll try it again later on tonight hopefully they get it working.

I just tried it and got the following message:
