HI i purchased a 1 year subscription in July and somehow i got an email last night stating my 1 year subscription has been cancelled.

And i did no such thing can someone please help? And i was forced to purchase a 1 month subscription because FIFA 18 early access came out and i couldn't get online.

or do chat support

canceling your cc will only give you a billing suspension in which case you cannot use yiur account

what browser are you using

if you are using chrome use a real browser firefox or ie 9+
