Need help on xbox profile

Hello, I made an profile like.. 2 years ago i think, I bought almost all Black ops 1 Zombie maps for it

I forgot the Email for it (hotmail), and gamertag, I only remember something about it "enthuastic" or something (it was an random name made by xbox)

So, I made another xbox profile because I could play those zombie maps without using the other profile, then like 1 year passed, I needed more space for my xbox and deleted some game files And the profile (like black ops 1), I accidentally also deleted the
zombie maps because my black ops 1 disc was broken anyway (wich is why i deleted BO1 files), so is there any way to recover the profile, I can only remember the password for the account and the First name and last name, that's all i got and the "Enthuastic"
something of the gamer tag, if you guys can help i'd appreciate it.

I can't download profile for backwards compatibility

Every Xbox 360 games on Xbox one need profile and every time I try download a profile they tell me there is no connection and my Xbox is connected to network I really need help

 

Also, I have an Old item left from that profile, it's an "Mysterybox" from Call of duty zombies, i bought it from xbox avatar store, idk if that helps.

 

Try calling up xbox support. Maybe you can verify your account that way.
