NEED HELP NOW! Got banned for communications!

Hi , I play Destiny..

I was playing Crusible (MULTIPLAYER) And when he killed me he [Mod removed] ME (Offensive and Absuive Action) So i was okay on first , THen second even on 4th (Last) Match he was doing that and i was raged and i wrote something bad to him...

I accept my mistake , instead of banning me you should ban him...

He was in a team and they all [Mod removed] us...

That was so rude. And after that i wrote a sorry message to him...

I m Feeling sorry now.. If they unban me i won't do this again...

Ban was lifted but I cannot do party chat

My xbox one account got a communication ban about 2 weeks ago and it was followed by an xbox live ban 3 days later and now that the xbox live ban was lifted I am still communication banned and I've contacted someone at support and they didn't help me. I've

I just want to talk to support about my account BAN

I recently got banned on my account for communication for sending random letters to some friends and got banned and now i got banned again while i was already banned for harassment and abuse, threats and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY PLEASE HELP ME i just want to know
why and neither of the bans were justified at all and i want to know WHY please someone respond and help me

Hi there,

Abusive messages can be classed as offensive, however 'teabagging' is not - as it is simply a taunt in many ways. Communication bans are for typing offensive messages, sending offensive voice messages, or using offensive language in-game.

You wont be unbanned from a communications ban if you have done something bad.

Hi, I haven’t been communication banned in almost 4 years and i got banned 2 days ago and when i go to my enforcement history it is not showing the day i got banned and for how long i will be banned i need help knowing how long my ban is.

Other players cannot ban you. Only the enforcement team can. You would need to go to the enforcement site to see about submitting a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

If that was an LFG post, keep in mind that those are only for looking for other players to play a game with. Posting anything other than that, will usually result in a suspension. While you may have meant it has a role play scenario, the enforcement team doesn't know that and would think you're trying to use that to actually hire someone which would have been the reason you received the suspension.
