    Need help. New xbox one x and cant add any accounts at all.


    As above brand new xbox one x just set up and I can ot add my Microsoft account. Everytime I try it just crashes to the xbox button screen before even giving me the chance to enter my email. Just see a sequence or 3 spinning dials.

    Have tried reset already and noticed that the same happen at first time start up when it gets to account it crashes and says to sign in from the home screen. After finishing rest of first time start up and getting to home screen I yet again cant even get to the login page.

    Please help. Cant find any same issues online.

    The xbox one x won't let me add an account, and neither will my 2 old xbox ones. All do the grey screen.

    The old xboxes say the new update went through. The xbox one x says the same, the update happened the same time my xboxes stopped letting me add my profile. Does that mean all 3 will need this offline update?

    Heya!

    As Smuwutches mentioned any console in the Xbox One console Family (Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X) will play all games playable on the Xbox One console.

    All your daughter will need to do is sign into her account on the new console and, when ever she is using any console she is signed in on, will have access to her games!

    Glad you bought the new xbox one X. It's very simple, just add your xbox live account to your new xbox and download your games. if you use an external hd, just plug your hd into your new xbox one x and also add your xbox live account.
