    Need help ,my Xbox one shutdown automatically!


    when I start my console ,it will shutdown automatically when it come to the metro screen. Thought all lights on but nothing work !

    But when it show the green start screen and then come to the white logo I press the "menu "key and go to setting ,it would no shutdown automatically! However ,if I return to home screen and try to use a App or load a game ,it will
    get stuck and then shutdown !

    Someone have any idea ?thanks a lot !

    Xbox one - Fan still loud after sending it to Microsoft

    I sent my console back to them for the console shutdown automatically and they said everything is OK !

    well,I don't think they may help !

    Have you called xbox customer support and spoke to someone. It may need a repair.

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    Choose xbox one then click other on the bottom left. There is then an option fir xbox support to call you.
