Need Help in Region Migration Issue

Hi all,

Please help, facing problem with Region Migration now.

Actually I've return from France and want to transfer my live account to Hongkong, but the system keep telling me that...

"Un problème se pose actuellement pour le déplacement de votre compte. Consultez la Page de prise en charge de changement de région pour vérifier que vous pouvez effectuer cette opération
et réessayez plus ***."

Sorry at first that I can only get this website in French, it says there a problem and guide me to this link: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-account/change-region. But I've got the requirements all checked...

• You changed regions within the last three months.
• Your account is currently suspended (for example, if the credit card on one of your memberships has expired).
  
• You have an Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.
• You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will not be a minor in the region that you want to change to.
  
• You are currently not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will become a minor in the region that you want to change to.
  

Please help, have no idea about what's going on for this... Here's the information about the migration, thank you for your kindly help.

• The account region you’re migrating to: Hong Kong S.A.R (香港) - In Chinese

Region Migration issue

Alright ... so the guys at support tell me it takes 10-20 workdays for the MS guys in the US to process my request - well, that's a bummer - they should have mentioned that in their infos on region migration in the first place ...

How long has it been since you changed your region? If it has been less than 90 days you won't be able to change it again until the 90 days is up. Log in here
account.microsoft.com/services and check to make sure your subscription is in good standing (not suspended, past due, canceled, etc) . If it is then you will need to contact support directly
to resolve the issue. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us
