Need help (Home menu)

Home menu doesn't work, I was in a game and I needed to got to my home menu when I pushed the home button on my controller and it made the noise but nothing showed up I had to take my game out to access home menu from there I tried to go to my setting by
pushed my gamer tag in the left corner it made the noise nothing showed, what am I supposed to do!?

Hi.

So when I press the home button to go home or press it to bring up the menu my screen goes darker and the sound goes but no menu appears. Even in game no menu appears and the game continues (I can still control character with darkened screen) I know I prob
need to reset console to factory but how can I when no menu appears?

Kinect quit hearing me... and cannot access the settings menu - no parental controls set

need some help... First the kinect quit hearing my voice, wont turn off, wont go home, wont do anything of the sorts... I try to go to the settings menu to see if i accidentally turned it off, but cant access the settings menu... It goes to the gear on black
screen, waits.. then goes back to the home screen.

im at a loss. anybody have this issue?
