Need help, Had 2 friends purchase NFS deluxe edit for 6.25, wants to charge me 24.99???

Hello, I have a situation here, one for my friends told me they bought NFS deluxe edition on the Microsoft store for 6.25, and so did her cousin. I went to go buy it and its 24.99 for me. She, nor her cousin, have EA access nor any credit in her
account. I'm trying to find out why her and her cousin got it for 6.25 and I cant. She has proof (confirmed by a Microsoft email with details of the transaction that it was the full game and they only charged her 6.25 for it. She says it was listed in her
"deals with gold" but mine doesn't list it. Whats going on here?

you can review/Edit/Add payment options at www.billing.microsoft.com this is where you need to edit your info in order to get the purchase to go though. chances are you have an old primary card that its trying to charge and you need to designate a new primary
card to charge. after that the purchase should go though. i had that happen before! just remove the ones you dont want and add/ leave the one you want to make all purchases with!

 

Call of duty black ops Deluxe problem

For me i had to charge for Season pass even that is included in the deluxe verion

 

Deals with Gold start each Tuesday. That was part of last week's deals so yesterday was the last day for that deal.

 

How come she was able to purchase it this morning at 1 am and I still couldn't only a few hours later? She has an email from ms stating it was purchased at 1am.

 

The sales don't end/start right at midnight. So she still caught it while it was on sale before it ended this morning.
