Need help going online

Were you able to confirm that your subscription is active? If yes, we may need to perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

First, make sure that the subscription is active on your end by following the steps below:

"Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions."

Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

This didn’t work aswell idk what’s going on with this I tried different methods I seen on yt still can’t go online

Onyx has the best advice so far. If your profile has become corrupt, the best thing to do is delete if from your console, and then recover it by downloading it again and you will download the most recent version recorded the last time you were online.

Just in case its just a problem with your Battlefield 3 online pass, you can delete the file on your console, then use your download history to download the pass again, and see if it works.
