Need help getting my account info

Hi there iTommyhustle, it sounds like you may have a balance that was put into decline after that one month subscription renewed. The free month subscriptions have automatic renewal turned on by default.

I would check out http://billing.microsoft.com and sign into your account there. This will give you a better idea of what it was you are being billed for and the exact balance that is past due.

This info will provide explanations as to why an account may have been suspended and what each type of suspension means and which are eligible for a case review.



Keep in mind that all suspensions are granted after an investigation into the account and are never handed out just for being reported.

The thing is I can’t get into the account to do that they changed my password and everything I tired account recovery they said I didn’t provide enough info I need genuine help

They wont even do that for me...
