Need help getting back into old Xbox Live account

I need help recovering an old Xbox Live account linked to my gamertag, Cirkob5477. It's a really odd situation and I've tried to recover it many times and failed repeatedly. This is how it started: I have had an xbox live account since I bought my first
Xbox 360 in 2007, after the release of Halo 3. That first xbox had a red ring of death, so I sent it back to microsoft to get it replaced. When the new xbox came, I swapped the email associated to my gamertag with a newer, more recent email address because
I never used that original email anymore because I made it when I was younger. I still have access to this original account. The new xbox eventually had the red ring of death as well, so one of my friends gave me his xbox so I could still play since he no
longer needed his xbox. I tried signing into my account from that xbox using the original hard drive that contained my gamertag. It let me sign in locally, but I could not manage to sign into xbox live because of "problems with my credentials". However, I
still remember the email address currently associated to Cirkob5477 and the password. I tried recovering the account multiple times. It lets me sign into the account, but it brings me to a page instead that says "someone else might have been using your account".
When I try recovering the account, it gives me two options. One, send a verification code to the original email I had associated to the gamertag, or to fill in the information to be analysed to determine whether or not the account I am trying to access is
mine. The problem with the second option is that I made the account when I was young, and my parents didn't want me to ever put real information online, so I don't remember what information I typed into it. I remember the name of a folder I created, the name
on the credit card my mother had used to pay for my gold memberships, and other things but it never is enough to let me sign back into the account. The problem with the first option, which should work, is that when filling out the email address to recover
this account, I typed *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** instead of @yahoo.ca like I should have, barring access to the account. If I try to sign into the yahoo servers by typing @yahoo.com and enter the password it brings me to my account. Therefore, the email with the verification
code SHOULD arrive to my yahoo inbox, but none have so far. So please, if anyone can help me either transfer my gamertag to another live account, or who can otherwise help me recover my account, I would be really thankful. I can prove my identity, I can prove
that I own the gamertag and the email addresses associated with it, as well as I have many of my personal friends who have played with me on xbox live who can confirm I own the account as well as I have accounts with the username Cirkob5477 on many sites like
Bungie and other sites related to Halo and Microsoft, such as 405th.com . I just desperately require help, as I want to have this gamertag and all my achievements related to it back in time for my purchase of Halo: The Master Chief Collection as well as an
Xbox One. I have been a loyal Microsoft fan and have always loved Halo. My Xbox Live Gold Membership is probably still active because I renewed it in 2013, before my second xbox broke. Thank you.

need help getting my old account back

for some reason my old accounts email was deleted and I could not sign into my account I was told to call a number I think just over a year ago but it did not work and I want to get it back now but im not sure what to do

I don't know if am allowed to post help threads as I see no specific sections but I thought I needed to get help from somewhere.

I'm getting an error when trying to download my old account. It still has xbox gold ( and gold pp901m on mw3 and i guesss ) and i need to get the account back so i can play on it again.

This is what the error says . ( for some reason you can't dl profiles offline but you used to be able to )

ERROR: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in.

Visit https:// account.live .com to fix the problem.

I have gone to account.live and tried to sign in with my old account. but it says password is wrong ( even though the DL profiles says it's correct ) I have also gone to Can't access your account but that is no help niether is Google or Youtube.

Please help me. Thanks.

 

Ok goto answers.Microsoft. com and search for password recovery

Then start a form and be honest with them explain why exactly you don't or can't fill in the details

Provide achievements info and what consoles and serial numbers etc anythhing attached to your account

Personal info only the account holder will know

There is another option but I'm. On a cellphone so can't get into it

You can pm me later preferably on live not forums

Let me knows how it goes but this should take 2days to complete you can also take the issue with Xbox support

 

Hi, thank you for answering me. I tried sending you two private messages, did you get them? When I go into my messages folder it says I need a xbox live gold account to send messages... Does that include private messages on this site? I retyped the entire
issue twice in those private messages as well as something I think would work. I hope you received at least one of the two. If not contact me again and I'll answer you as soon as possible.
