need help from the achievement team

I've been grinding trials fusion for a while now. I noticed I had unlocked some achievements but my gamer score was not going up. it showed that they were unlocked in my achievements list and every thing but it wasn't counting them. Its been close to a
month and finally my account updated last night and it gave me credit for three of the achievements I had gotten, but it took two of them away completely. there's no way to go back into the game and unlock them again. I've tried. many times now. These
last two achievements don't even s how up unlocked in my achievements list any more. I have talked to tier 1&2 reps on the live tech line. they cant do anything. Ubisoft told me this is strictly your territory .please tell me there's something that can be
done about this.

I need help getting this achievement every time I get the gun my team mates go down and I usually get ganged up on by the zombies in a corner so I need some people who can help me get this achievement please

 

Have you tried deleting your profile ONLY & redownlowding it?

 

yes. tried deleting my profile and all items and redownloading it. even deleted trials and redownloaded it as well.

 

The same thing. I'v missed story-related x360 achievements in Lego pirates("You filthy, slimy, mangy cur!"), Lego Harry Potter("Teacher's pet"). Winphone games too: Make It Rain("Make your first billion" missed, but "You made your first BB" unlocked), AoE:
Castle Siege,Total Conquest. I think wp achievements missed because I swiped popped window "unlocked achievement" in notification area of my phone. But not sure.

By the way in game wp progress indicating that all achievements are unlocked but in hub they are missed.

 

There's nothing else I can suggest really.You would have to wait for an official support member to post & they would have to look into it.

Sorry to hear about the missing achievements! What are the names of the two achievements you're missing?

Let's begin by following each of these specific steps to get those achievements to unlock:

• Move your current save off of the Xbox 360 console and onto a flash drive so we can create a fresh save on your console.
  
• Clear the Xbox 360's cache three times.
  
• Disconnect your Xbox 360 console from online
• Launch the game (which should be a fresh new save) and try to re-earn the achievements
  
• If the achievement pops, be sure to connect back online so they can sync!

Try each of those steps and post back how it goes!

For the Xbox 360 achievements you mentioned you are missing, try the steps Daft Badger and I have recommended. If the issue persists, please post a new thread so we can offer support tailored for you!

 

Thank you Mister Beep. I tried what you suggested but still not luck. The achievements I am missing are Quantum Squrriels and Rabbit One Zero on Trials fusion.

Make sure you're doing the specific steps to earn those achievements. If those achievements won't unlock after attempting the achievements a few times from start to finish, the next step is to remove the game and it's DLC from your Xbox 360 hard drive and
then redownload the items. Be sure that your saves are backed up onto a USB drive or to the cloud. See our

Manage Game Data page for steps to do all of that!

Once you have removed all of Trials Fusion's game data, including all of the DLC you have installed, redownload the items and attempt the achievements again!

 

I have done that already. It didn't work. And I have done all of the achievements correctly. The achievements in question are Quantum Squirrels and Rabbit One Zero. The tasks invoked in those can only trigger the game response for the challenges one time.

RedLynx Studio's Support Forum as the developer handle how achievements are unlocked on Xbox 360. I'm sincerely sorry for any frustration this may have caused!

 

I have talked to ubisoft already and they strictly told me that it must be handled by Microsoft.

 

Since Ubisoft is the publisher of this title, the game developers are the folks you want to get in contact with. I suggest following the link I provided to post in the official Trials Fusion forum, which is moderated by RedLynx.

 

So literally nothing has worked...
