Need Help from Enforcement Team, Xbox Reputation "avoid me"

Please if I can get some help, I've tried everything for the past few days to fix this problem but I can't get the issue fixed. I've tried contacting customer support, cannot get ahold of anyone who can help me. I tried going to the enforcement website to
file a claim, but I can't do that either. I tried playing games like World of Tanks to fix my reputation, tried for hours on end and can't get it fixed. I'm still in "avoid me" after many hours.

All I want to do is be able to get my reputation back to normal so I can play Overwatch and Gears of War 4. I've talked to customer support agents who agree with me this is unfair and frustrating but they cannot help. How is it that a team of people who
are trolling and bullying you can make you unable to find games in matchmaking? I also didn't even get a warning like I was apparently supposed to get, my reputation just went straight to "avoid me"

How is this justified that I can be banned so easily just because someone didn't like playing with me? I often get bullied just for the way my voice sounds. I just want to be able to play the games I paid for so that I can enjoy the new maps and game modes
coming out...

Please Xbox Enforcement Team, if you are reading this can you please fix my reputation for me? I'll do everything I can to ensure I don't get into this reputation zone again, including avoiding conflict with other players even if I have to turn off the mic.

Im tired of kids abusing the report system

The enforcement team do not use the forums and there is no way to contact them regarding the rep system. No one can fix your rep but you.

It is ridiculous that it is so hard to get contact with the Enforcement Team. And don't tell me with your automated response to "file a case review", you can't do that for reputation.

And I have tried for the past few days to fix my rep but I can't. The only way is to play a game that I don't even like or want to play called World of Tanks, spend hours grinding on it and wait to see results. So far nothing. I can't play normal games because
of Reputation limits.

If your reputation level is at "Needs Work" or "Avoid Me", you will need to continue playing multiplayer matches without getting reported for any reason. How many matches required to get back into green is unknown, but
that is the only way to fix your reputation. Reputation levels are not reset by request.

Suspensions are dealt with exclusively by the Enforcement team on
their website. You can submit a case review (if eligible), but if you get "Decision Upheld", there is nothing you can do other than sit out the rest of the ban. There are no known second chances at case
reviews.

The only way to restore your reputation is to keep playing matches online without getting reported for any reason. Xbox Enforcement and other Microsoft staff do not restore it back to "Good" by request.

Reputation is a community-given rating; if you are unsportsmanlike during matches, or you generally have a negative play-style/attitude, other players might report you.

Xbox Enforcement team assured me the Reputation system cannot be abused by players. I was not playing unsportsmanlike I did not have a negative play style or attitude. I have never broke code of conduct or enforcement rules once. I am not an exceptional
case. Numerous players have been placed in Avoid me Reputation for no deserving reason even though Xbox told us the system cannot be abused. They're are many games that will no allow me to match make with avoid me reputation. I cannot regain my good reputation
if none of my games allow me to play online. Now I'm paying for a service i'm not getting. Xbox needs to address this immediately. I know people who have had their reputation restored by xbox enforcement team; so I know its possible.

Please explain to me how am I suppose to play games online and restore my reputation if none of my games allow me to do so?
