    need help from an employee to answer a few questions


    so i've looked at a few chat forums concerning my issue and there seems to be a conflicting information. so can an xbox one or the browser get a virus? i've heard of those pop up adds but this isnt that scenario. so whilst browsing i got pushed to a web
    page that said windows defender alert. Zeus virus detected. which then explains that this virus is known for complete identity theft and gives me a support number to call in india. what i want to know is if this number [Mod Removed] is authentic
    microsoft support or part of a rouse to allow undesirables remote access into people's computers. just to be on the safe side

    Microsoft employees don't answer questions here, only knowledgeable Xbox community members that try to help. If you want to speak with them directly, you need to call.

    I can't help but notice that his question wasn't answered and i'm having the same issue and no employees from Microsoft or Xbox seem to care enough to actually help the community.
