NEED HELP : Forza Horizon 4 - Crash with 0xc0000005

Hi all, need some help
I will be losing my internet connection for a period of time soon, so wanted to ensure i had some games i could still play during that period.. One of which I bought was FH4 (advertised as playable offline) in the steam sales..
> If internet connection is on - Game loads, runs and plays smoothly, no issues
> If i turn off (disable) ethernet - Game loads, runs for 5 mins then crashes to desktop
System: Desktop PC, Ryzen 5 5600, 16GB, RTX 2060 - Win10 build 21h2

Things ive tried:

Contacted Steam - reply: we can not provide assistance with games made by other companies..

Contacted Microsoft support - 2 x run in-place upgrade - dont know what else it can be, contact forza support..

Contacted Forza support - reply: you need to contact microsoft support as its a windows software issue not game software issue..
Check Drivers are correct & upto date - No issues
Check System integrity with sfc /scannow - No errors
Check Development Mode is disabled - Yep
Run windows in-place upgrade
Reinstall OS - Fresh install with no 3rd party programs or apps installed, crash still occures
Reinstall Forza Horizon 4 - No fix, still crashes
Run Memtest - No Errors found
Run Disk check - No Errors found
Run GPU check - No Errors found

Any thoughts or suggestions?

There are a number of things that can cause crashes in Forza Horizon 4. It could be another program running or even just needing to update your GPU driver. Here is a link to a thread with some known issues and possible solutions to try. I would make sure
your GPU driver is up to date first.

I was playing Forza Horizon 4, and it seems to crash a lot sooner for some reason, with the same error code 0xc0000005. It seems what I did, didn't fix the problem.

Hey! I turn on "Airplane mode" and game has been working.

But! Anyway, I want play with internet

I'm glad to help you.

Judging by your description, it seems that you have tried most of the methods.

Have you ever tried to completely unplug your network cables, or disable all of your network adapters to see if the game detects any network connections?

Right-click the network icon in the lower-left corner of your desktop, click Open Network and Internet Settings and click Change Network Adapter on the right side of the open interface. Disable all of your network adapters to see if the problem persists.
