Need help for these 3 questions!

A few years ago I purchased the Xbox 360 edition of MineCraft online on my Xbox account. I was expecting to recieve an Xbox later in the year but never did, so I installed it in my cousin's Xbox. A few years have passed and I am expecting to recieve an Xbox
360 soon, but when I check the list of games at Xbox.com, it gives me the option to purchase the game, even though I already had a few years before. Also, when I check my transactions section, it says that there are no transactions to display.

So, my first question is, is it normal for the Xbox website to be telling my this?

Second, can I play the game on my new Xbox normally if the game is also installed on my cousin's Xbox?

Thirdly, can I play my MineCraft game on the Xbox One, or do I have to purchase it's edition separately? Thank you.

Syberia 3 question. Need help!

Only thing I can recommend is going to youtube and looking at videos. It kind of ruins the game but for people like me it was the only way I could progress in the first Syberia.

 

UPDATE: First question resolved!

When you go to the purchasing page for MineCraft Xbox360 Edition, it says so even though I've already purchased it, but if I select the "full Game" section, it says that I've purchased it!

Now I need the answer to questions 2 and 3.

From what your saying it looks like you will have to do a licence transfer on to your xbox to play your games. Go to settings, then Account, then Licence Transfer.

If you own Minecraft on the 360 then you just pay a $5 upgrage charge to play on your Xbox One, otherwise you have to purchase the game at the full price.
