Need Help for Final Mission in Watch Dogs

I'm stuck at the part where Damien is hacking the entire city and messing with my GPS and I'm having problems on where the hacking locations are exactly to upload the viruses? Really need some help here.

Achievement issue

i was playing watchdog 2 and finish all the story missions but i didnt get thr achievements too so i tried reply the mission so still wont get them ...please fix it for mr and fix the bug

By the way its Watch Dog 2 not Watch dog

If recall how i did it you have to hack in 3 uplinks when the game starts mark one link on the gps and do you bast to got to it and hack it. if you are killed after hacking the game let's go on,in other words you have hacked the 1th and it count's. now it
will be came easy to do the next one as Damien contor over the gps gets lass and you will but able to end the maddnss

Hi there. griefrapids is correct. I made the same choice and for the missions where my dog was needed, a ghost dog appeared to help me.
