thought i would mention too that there wasnt even a headset and im pretty sure it was supposed to have one. also the warranty goes off the date of purchase and not the manufacture date if i am not mistaken.

I can't count and must now hang my head in shame. Lord knows where I got the extra months from.

Bring it back to walmart and get a different one it's possible someone brought the one you got back thats why the warranty is short 2 months

With regards to your concern, are you playing on the same console or is it on two different console? If you wish to share a game to other users like on your case your brother, you just need to setup the console as the Home Xbox.

On the console where your brother wants to play, once you set it as the Home Xbox he will then be able to play the game without you having to sign in and it will not have conflict if ever you both want to sign in at the same time.

After setting it up, all games you owned and installed on the Home Xbox will be available to all users even if they don't own the game.
