played ultimate team and in the first quarter this guy paused and I couldn't resume. Madden 15 ultimate team, he told me but you are Canadian after I asked him to please unpause. Have video to send, pauses should not last longer then 30 seconds in this game
so I ended up having to quit.

Microsoft biased against certain countries??

Yes they do coz if they havent got proof how can they justify it? Im giving them till 2 jan to unbann me or im emailing watchdog

You would need to file a complaint on him via the console. That is the only way to report him to the enforcement team. Support does not handle suspensions/bannings so there is no need to email them anything.

You will need to turn off 2 step verification on this page:
https://account.live.com/proofs/manage And then re-enable it with an email or phone that you have access to. Also, on that page, remove the email you can't access anymore from your proofs list if it's still there.

The old code would not work. You need to change the proofs on the Microsoft Account. Yes. This is, BTW, a Microsoft Account issue, not an Xbox issue; the Microsoft Account support folk have their own support forum at windows.microsoft.com/.../id-help-center

1) Go to account.live.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account and password which takes you to Account Summary

2) Click on Edit Security Info near the bottom under Account Summary

3) Change the alternate email address on the next screen and save the change. Make sure that is NOT the same email address as the Microsoft Account email.

4) Make any other updates to the security proofs needed to keep your data up to date, and save the changes.

The second email thing was in regards to a security feature. I had to do it too, and had to send it to my roomate. Many have to go through it, so it has nothing to do with invalid emails. It's a quirky security thing, and I think it's a 1 time event.

More than likely it's trying to send a code to an e-mail address that's not longer accessible to you (which is why it asked you to add another e-mail address). You can read this forum documentation
here
in regards to the security proofs and how they work. If you have the possibility of adding a cell phone number to your account you should be able to get the code that way pretty easily.

If not, you'd need to contact phone support by clicking this link here if you continue to encounter this error with no code being sent.
