    Hi,

    So the console tells me "we're sorry to press xbox key to start"

    The screen is gray up to the taskbar at the screen edge. I can hear the "ping ping" when I move steer or sticks, but graphically nothing is represented. Even if the xbox button is pressed, the window "console off or restart", but I can not synonymous here.

    Can someone help me here?

    I buy Call of Duty Advanced Warfare to download from Live. The download stopped in 39%. I uninstall and try new

    installation, but it stop in 39% again. I don't know what I do now. Sorry bad English.

    Have you tried giving you console a power cycle? This can fix any number of issue: Xbox One Power Cycle

    One of my game is missing after a Xbox reset

    I've do the OSU for the console but the update blocks at 66%, at the step 3 of 3. I have already try twice but its still blocking to 66%.
