Need Help - Digital Content No Longer Sharing Between Xboxes

My son and I share the digital content I have purchased (like Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2) between our Xboxes. This has worked until 2 months ago. We both were able to play the same game at the same time (he with his account, me with my account). He could
also play the games independently (on his account without my account being logged into his Xbox).

Now, he gets an error saying the person who purchased the app must be logged in for him to play the game. NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON EITHER XBOX.

His Xbox is set as my Home Xbox and my Xbox is set as his Home Xbox. We have confirmed this. No settings have changed, and everything is as it was when it worked.

He has uninstalled/reinstalled the games and the issue remains.

He has hard-rebooted his Xbox and the issue remains.

He is able to play the games on his account when I am logged into the local Xbox (we tried this with his Xbox and my Xbox to confirm it wasn't the Xbox itself. It isn't).

Something in his account is not recognizing that this content is shared with him. I simply want him to be able to utilize this content with his account like he did before. What could have changed? What can we do?

Social : Sharing ghost problem.

The content of sharing no longer works. The option remains. But once done sharing. None contained appears.

Xbox trends, it also disappeared. Can not display.

Hey El Guapo Again! Are either of the consoles enrolled in the Insider Program? Can you give us some examples of games your son is having issues starting? Is there anyone else in the household that may own the games and have a different console set as home?

The One shares a Gold Sub between alll users and with a Home Console you can have another "slave" console that shares all digital content fully.

Hey Markus,

Thank you for reaching out. Even though you are unable to transfer content between accounts, you could try sharing your digital games between the old account and the new one by taking advantage of our

home console setting. Once this is setup, the new account will be able to share most digital games and DLC as well a Gold subscription.

You would need to make sure you have the console set as your Home console. Any content that can be shared will then be shared with any other profiles using that console. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Not all content can be shared, so they may still not have access to everything. In-game consumables, like coins, are not shareable and would only be usable by your account. There is no way to transfer content between accounts.

Unfortunatly you wont be able to transfer digital content from one account to the other.

You can however game share between 2 accounts, but some DLC and in game purchased items wont be able to be shared. all depends on the developer.
