Need help. Crossout crash

Good day

Please can someone help. I have been a huge fan of Crossout but recently the game has been dropping out to main screen without any errors. It literally does this on every mission i start.

I can use the menus, build and use every other feature in the game but as soon as i start a mission (any category) it loads and directly after beginning the game closes down to xbox one main screen.

I am running a 20 meg line.

I have also spent the last 4 days trying every solution dr google could come up with but no luck.

Please if anyone has a answer it would be greatly appreciated

I love it, even with a few hiccups.I like ,you not only build ,but you earn.Sorta as if its not just getting high score, but your paving your own road, not easy to gain alot of XP which is a plus in its own way,it gives you time to get comfortable with
your Faction,its definitely one to try,learn how to build and then earn your Rep,they aren't to friendly on live play,so you will earn respect either u get it or not .It will happen .And this Game can grow in so many ways.Harpoon was cool but haven't got
the funds yet,hey maybe a loader front end ,one that loads a logging truck,add some blueprints from Heavy equipment vehicles,maybe create another workbench that combines any weapon together with body parts,and for the thing I did not like and it did upset
me,was being suspended from any communication because,I still don't know,there's trash talk but not being kicked for it,a rival get mad reports u and u have everything but game taken from you,I think leaving it up to the random survivors not associated with
either party would be a good idea, I have many things to say but will wait till later.

Bought the 150 crossout credits got them in 5 min

Have you tried fully deleting and reinstalling the game?

Also A power cycle once and a while does not hurt at all *Holding the power button for 10 seconds*

I do not follow the game but did it maybe recently get an update that might have caused the issue? If so contacting the devs with the error might be the way for them to push out a fix.

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

 

Is it possible that the disc may be damaged?

 

Hi.

The game is a free to download one so disc is not a problem. I have also tried every step on switching off and restarting aswell as the delete local save. It did however get really bad after the latest update so it might be that yes.

Thnx for the feedback. Will have a look at contacting the devs. Will just need to find out where to get the right mail
