    Hi all,

    Im having a reapeted problem with my xbox that has already been repaired for the same problem only now my warranty has ended so i need to get into contact with someone but i cant it wont let me web chat and the call me back function has not been working for me for the pass 2 days everytime i type my number in for a call back it comes up saying there is a problem at our end try again .

    Hi Gary.

    Here is a guide to request repair of your faulty equipment:


    Log on to your account @
    account.microsoft.com     and make sure to add your device with the serial number. Then you are able to request service. (Be aware that if the item is no longer covered by warranty, you will be charged for the repairs)
