Need help contacting Enforcement xbox support

My Epic Games fortnite account was hacked. Xbox suspended the account indefinitely as a result of the hacker cheating on my account. I have information and proof that i was hacked provided by a digital forensic specialist from a District Attorney's office in Pennsylvania. I have no way to contact the enforcement support team at Xbox and the X box support line/contacts say that they cannot help me because it is an enforcement department problem. I am stuck. I have been a loyal Xbox Live member for 23 years. I do not know how a loyal customer like myself cannot get more assistance. I have over 70+ emails (in different languages) that the hacker sent from my account. One of the emails even has the hacker stating that they hacked my account and want money in return for not doing more harm. All this occurred in one day Monday 6/17/24. I have all this proof but no way to get it to the enforcement at Xbox to review my case further. Even our judicial system has an appeals process when something is found to be blatantly wrong. I was a victim of a hacker and can prove it but Microsoft Xbox support won't hear/help at the bottom level. I need to speak to a supervisor/manager. Please help

Raising tickets and contacting support will not help. XBF Leonz G has already stated that you need to go to Enforcement. Support, nor any other members of Xbox/Microsoft, Twitter Support or Ambassadors can help, as they have no access to Enforcement systems.

Try the enforcement link or contact customer support if you have set up a child account it need to be the adult account that contacts enforcement or customer support not the child account
