    Need help contacting Billing support


    I am in need of help! My phone is the only access i have online, i need a call from xbox live support because my account was locked when i went to redeem a prepaid live card and my phone won't secure a connection to request a call through xbox's support
    page. Please and thank you

    Sorry to hear it. If you cannot set up a call back or use a different internet connection (PC) to do so you can contact phone support yourself. If you live in North America the number is 1-800-469-9269. If you live in a different country then reply back
    with which country you live in and we can give you the number.
