NEED HELP communication ban lifted but having party chat problems

HI

i got a communication ban and was lifted on the 27th Nov 2015, but im still having trubble with voice chat in partys

i can hear my friends but the cant hear me, i tryed so many things that tech support xbox told me todo still has not fixed it i have even

tryed other xbox live accounts they work fine.... they told me to post here

for somone from this team to help with my account , all my other things work like, txt messaging, voice messaging, i can hear my friends in party BUt they cant hear me

Commutation Suspension was lifted but communication abilities still don't work

hello my name is Bryan I had a communication suspension that was lifted but my communication abilities such as party chat and messaging still won't work please help.

after getting a communications ban in mid October for a week the ban was lifted on the 24th of October. after the ban was lifted I have not be able to talk in game or party chat. I have heard this happening to other peopke but have not got any help from
xbox support or the enforcement team. It's been a month and this service I use nearly everyday has not be working.

 

This is a known issue that is being addressed by the proper team. The last word from the team was a few days ago when they said they were working on a permanent fix which will be delivered when completed.

thank you for fast reply, what im wanting to know do i need to wait till next update for this to be fixed.??

because i have served my ban time and i would like to have my account fixed there was nothing wrong with my party chats till i got a commuication ban... ty

 

To this day I'm still having trouble my bank is lifted but I can't hear or talk
