    Can't use Xbox - Need help

    Hold the power button for about 10 seconds to hard restart the console. It may fix it.

    Okay, so I logged into my Xbox to play some games and it took me straight to the game store. I immediately thought this was a glitch so I just pressed B to go back to the home screen, but when I did that it said "Something went wrong,"
    or something to that degree. it's been like this for the past couple of days now and it is just stuck in the store and I have no idea how to fix it. Someone, please help me!? I seriously can't figure out what has gone wrong or what I have done.

    Hey xsmoke1morex! Are you using a personal or institutional (university, office, hotel, etc.) network? If personal, what ISP and hardware are you using to connect? Post back and let me know!
