If you're wanting to use your Microsoft account balance to make the purchase, you'll need to be making the purchase from a 360 console.

I forget where I read it but if you buy elite now you will only get all the MW3 Future and Past DLC. You need to wait until Blops2 comes out to renew it so you will get the DLC for that game. If you buy elite when blops2 comes out but didn't buy it when
MW3 came out you will only get Blops2 DLC and none of MW3 DLC. Sorry if thats very confusing.
