Need Help, Bought Xbox 360 Gold 3 Times still no effect.

I bought gold membership 3 times and I still don't any membership. However it says it renews 6/15/2014 and it says I'm a member since 3/15/2014. How is this possible if it's 3/14/2014 8:51 PM EST?

Bought Xbox 360 Gold in November, 2017. Xmas 2017 bought Xbox One so cancelled the Gold Membership but to date,

every month there is still deduction from Bank Account. Tried everything possible online to check but there is no movement

for Gold Membership. We do not have Xbox 360 anymore, so what must we do now?? Sent messages to Microsoft as well, no reply is forthcoming. Please help, need to be refunded for the loss of deductions from Bank.

ya you need a parental account with gold to make the purchase for 360 free games

Xbox one parental settings have no effect on 360

Or you can use a Xbox 360

Your account is showing as gold here in the forums, and your profile says Gold. It sometimes takes a bit for the servers to sync up if you purchased the subscription online and not through the console.

As for the renewal date, you said you purchased it three times, and it expires in 3 months. You've purchased three months of gold. Was that not your intention? Or did you only want one month of gold?

Let us know so we can help get to the bottom of this.
