    need help badly


    i have been an Xbox live gold member for last 8 years and a rewards member since the day i was invited at inception I participated in the upgrade your vip mission in February

    When i started the mission iwas a 2 star hip and 2% towards my next star i. Then bought blue dragon,dragon age origins,Deadpool xb1,dragon ball xenoverse 2,discs of Tron,mutant blobs attack,blood Rayne betrayal,earthworm jim 2,ultimate marvel vs capcom 3
    pre order,star wars battlefront season pass,and 12 months of ea access, around the 26th the website said my vip stars were under construction.....

    On March 7th I was a 2 star vip with 15% towards my next star i did not get upgraded to 3 stars... But now today I have absolutely no his tory and my membership date is 3 question marks... Please help me!!!

    Need Help badly

    You need to file a complaint on anyone who is sending those messaged.

    Other than that, Xbox will only give you a free name change if your gamertag violates the code of conduct, which yours doesn't. And asking for points is not allowed on the forums.

    Need Help badly

    Hiya Xbox



    I have treatening messages coming through to my account and abusive messages of racist remarks. Ive tryed blocking them everytime a message comes through i dont reply to them but even after ive blocked them the message still seems to come through and i dont
    understand how, But there really starting to get to me now and its upsetting :/

    I would change my name so that they couldnt find me nomore to send me messages, but i just spent alot of money on my dog becoz he broke his leg and had to be taken to the vets for an operation and now im out of money for quiet a while. So i was wondering
    could you help me and give me a free name change to stop these people messaging me please or lend me the 800 points will i get paid please ??. Its really starting to upset me.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. To be clear,
    this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected. We see that you have your star from the VIP Boost promotion.

    Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
    times)     in a row    , restart your console (important), download your profile again.

    Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

    See if the above works for you.

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. As long as your cousin hasn't done anything to violate the code of conduct/terms of use he will be fine. Phone support doesn't handle enforcement issues.
