    Apologies if this isnt the right place but im having major problem, hooked my xbox one up for the first time, put the tv on correct settings no picture after a couple of hours of literally pushing buttons on my tv randomly there was some picture, stupidly
    went onto display settings and changed to 1080i from 720p and boom screen goes blank, tired soft and hard reset, reset my tele unplugged everything and still nothing any help or ideas guys?

    Ok, Tesco have a deal on the xbox one S with Fifa 17 for £225 ... They have a voucher for £25 off any order over £150 .. So the Xbox will only cost me £199.. Il sell fifa for £30 .. So thats £170 for an xbox one S



    However here is my issue. I game share with my brother on the current xbox one. I will be moving this upstairs as a media player and netflix player and keeping the One S to game on.


    How does the game sharing work here? I know i can gameshare from my one S to my brother as normal. But what if i was ill and wanted to play inbed upstairs on my old console. What would i be able to play? Everything is stored on my external

    Try different HDMI cable. contact support or return to vendor if it persists.

    Couple things to try. Make you you have your HDMI cable going from the OUT to your T.V.s IN; wasn't paying attention the first time I hooked mine up, and made this mistake. Power off your X1, then hold the power button for 10 seconds while powering it on;
    you should hear a "beep" and this will reset your video output.

  7. Cheers for the help, already tried this as well as the one where you hold the eject button at the same time but still no use just doesn't make any sense aha! Was working fine until I started playing around with the settings but unsure as to why when I reset
    it that wouldn't work

    Strange. Have you tried unplugging it from the outlet, letting it sit for 10 minutes, then trying the reset? If that doesn't work, a call to support might be in order.

    I'll assume you are from the U.K., since the appleUK gamertag.

    As an ambassador you should know the only way to report someone is via your console & calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    If you are being ddos attacked then you need to take it up with your isp,it's down to them to help.
