    Ok, Tesco have a deal on the xbox one S with Fifa 17 for £225 ... They have a voucher for £25 off any order over £150 .. So the Xbox will only cost me £199.. Il sell fifa for £30 .. So thats £170 for an xbox one S



    However here is my issue. I game share with my brother on the current xbox one. I will be moving this upstairs as a media player and netflix player and keeping the One S to game on.


    How does the game sharing work here? I know i can gameshare from my one S to my brother as normal. But what if i was ill and wanted to play inbed upstairs on my old console. What would i be able to play? Everything is stored on my external

    Try doing a power cycle: To do a power cycle: You will need to press and HOLD the power button on your CONSOLE until the LIGHT turns OFF. Next you will need to unplug your console from the wall and wait 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes are up restart the
    console.

    Check and see if the game is now working if not try this: Go to your settings, under account select remove account then select to remove your account. (Make sure you know your email and password before doing this).

    Once you have done this open your guild menu, scroll down to the settings gear icon, scroll over, DO NOT click all settings instead scroll down and select restart console. (Its very important to restart your console this way. If you press the power button
    on the front of your console, it will only but your Xbox into a sleep mode and not do a full reboot).

    Once your console has rebooted go ahead and add back the account to the console and your game should work fine.

    If for some reason the game is still showing as a trial version. try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    If this doesn't work I would then suggest calling Xbox customer support:

    Xbox Customer Support Number: 1-800-469-9269

    Monday - Friday 6am - 10pm Pacific time

    Saturday - Sunday 7am - 6pm Pacific time

    As an ambassador you should know the only way to report someone is via your console & calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    If you are being ddos attacked then you need to take it up with your isp,it's down to them to help.

    Strange. Have you tried unplugging it from the outlet, letting it sit for 10 minutes, then trying the reset? If that doesn't work, a call to support might be in order.
