NEED HELP ASAP!!

Im getting so much abuse from an online player, me and a few of my friends created a little group EDL- extended driving licence and for the past week or so ive had nothing but abuse from a particular player he has been muted etc but since xbox dealt with
him a new gamertag has appeared and he is imposing as one of our group members but he is not, he is informing lots of people online that we are racist and we are out to terrorise people of race and colour wich is not true in the slightest im a half caste male
for crying out loud. this player is making my time and my friends time on xbox live miserable to the point where im considering selling the xbox. to add insult to injury this person has also put EDL in the gamertag and his gamertag is racist in itself, he
has put all mine and my friends gamertags on his personal profile and states he is 'the leader' and is promoting people to change their gamertag when this is a private group me and my friends set up. he is spreading hate umongst other gamers who now think
we are a group of racist idiots when we are not id like somthing done about this player as its getting beyond ridiculous now.

Ok, Tesco have a deal on the xbox one S with Fifa 17 for £225 ... They have a voucher for £25 off any order over £150 .. So the Xbox will only cost me £199.. Il sell fifa for £30 .. So thats £170 for an xbox one S



However here is my issue. I game share with my brother on the current xbox one. I will be moving this upstairs as a media player and netflix player and keeping the One S to game on.


How does the game sharing work here? I know i can gameshare from my one S to my brother as normal. But what if i was ill and wanted to play inbed upstairs on my old console. What would i be able to play? Everything is stored on my external

First off, I am really sorry to hear that you are being abused and that this player is causing you and your friends so much grief. However the only thing you can do is file a complaint against the player and then block him, mute him and avoid him. You can
access all of those tools via his profile. This will send a report off to the PET (Enforcement Team) whom will conduct a very thorough investigation and take any action necessary once they reach a conclusion.



It's a shame, but there are users on the service that will go out their way to upset other people. The most important thing to do is to be the bigger person and disregard it completely without retaliation. Let those who follow you know that you are 100%
legit and respectful.

I have done all of the above, on several occasions but it's getting out of control with him spreading this hatred amongst other players.

I know how hard it can be to ignore, but the tools on the console are there for this exact reason and they are very effective. After doing all of the above, its really a matter of being patient whilst the PET do what they do best.

No one here has the power to suspend or look into account behaviour so there is very little else that can be said at this point. I know its probably not the news you were hoping for but I assure you, you have done the right thing.
