Hey I bought an Xbox 360 from someone and some if the apps are locked with a pass code and he didn't know what it was or the security question to reset it so how can I reset the pass code our just delete it

Family Settings

I have forgotten the 4-button pass code to make changes in family settings. Is there another way to reset console to make changes to Content Controls. Please help ASAP as I cannot play anything over a PG rating.

Sorry this didnt help i need to erase the family pass code completely is there away to get ride of it like putting in a code it wont let me do the marketplace

We only have one xbox, when we go to sign in with his account it has a verification that we can't get because it's a old email and number.
