    I cant get into my account because my email apparently got changed in the time of me not using my live. I called and talked to an live employee and we went through multiple steps for hours literally to recover my account and nothing worked. I never changed
    my email and I cant access the original email for the account but even if I got access there is a whole other email associated on my account and I have no idea or clue, who or what email it is... I just want my account back I had for 5 years, all my purchases,
    and all my progress I made. Can I please get some help or any assistance on recovering my account, Someone that's at Microsoft office to prove I'm the owner of this account. Please help thanks...

    Ok, Tesco have a deal on the xbox one S with Fifa 17 for £225 ... They have a voucher for £25 off any order over £150 .. So the Xbox will only cost me £199.. Il sell fifa for £30 .. So thats £170 for an xbox one S



    However here is my issue. I game share with my brother on the current xbox one. I will be moving this upstairs as a media player and netflix player and keeping the One S to game on.


    How does the game sharing work here? I know i can gameshare from my one S to my brother as normal. But what if i was ill and wanted to play inbed upstairs on my old console. What would i be able to play? Everything is stored on my external

    Account support like this is only done over the phone where they have access to the account info. If you weren't able to obtain assistance the first time, call again. There are ways to physically recover the account if you can remember enough info and provide
    it during the call. If you can't provide proof, the account is probably lost as they won't just give you access.

    No one in the forums can assist as most are just subscribers like yourself.

    Sorry to hear it. If your brother has not completed all previous tasks and reached level 40 yet then he will not be able to access that content. Rise of Iron requires a higher light level to complete before it will open up

    Since you have not made any digital purchases off the Xbox Store until December, you have not gained any VIP progress or payback since July. If you are asking about your recent December purchases, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. December payback should appear by the middle of this month. Furthermore, our yearly re-calibration of MyVIP progress occurred yesterday, which is why you do not
